engaged: lindsey + josh [lincoln, ne]

Lindsey and Josh were a constant in my life during the last part of college. We all were blessed to be a part of Mosaic Lincoln when it was just a baby! Lindsey was even part of a woman’s bible study I did for a spell and has been an awesome source of encouragement and friendship in my life, I love you girl! Josh is a good natured laid back dude with an awesome set of hair (you saw it!). And we gotta take a second to brag, L’s gorgeous ring was picked out all by J himself! These crazy cats love each other like crazy.

Once they were tied together I never saw them apart. It has been fun to watch their relationship grow, especially in how they have influenced each other in hobbies and music. Lindsey has been a constant in the hospital and care field, as a caretaker and receptionist. She has a love for crafting and reading! (shameless plug, C.S. Lewis holla’!) and when Josh isn’t busy killing it in his post rock band and working on a drone solo project and recording/mixing/mastering he develops software for Cabelas!

Their big day is coming soon (JULY!!) and if we all don’t melt I will be thankful-but I am still way excited. It will actually be at the place we first started meeting with Mosaic when it launched. It’s the cute Auld Pavilion that Natalie and Levi got hitched at (also Mosaic groupies).

Heck yeah! I loved this shoot so much! We started out at a local park they often go for walks in, met a puppy and played with some golden treasures we found on the ground (London Plane seeds, apparently). They were so cute when they were playing with them while Josh proclaimed, “This is totally something we would be doing anyway…” From that we headed out to the windy plains of Pioneer Park while they played around and danced around and kissed around on their (Josh’s) longboards. After we munched down on some Chinese we chilled out in Josh colorful basement and listened to LP’s (‘nother plug-plug, Gungor for life!) So many fun and unplanned discoveries during their shoot made this one so fun and unique. I love my job.

And also you two, love you so!
